As Design Manager at The Pokémon Company International, I led the creative vision for corporate.pokemon.com, a digital platform designed to communicate TPCi's mission, values, and culture to stakeholders, media, and prospective talent worldwide.

The Challenge: Balance the playful, beloved Pokémon brand with the professional tone required for a corporate audience—including investors, partners, job candidates, and journalists—while maintaining brand consistency across seven localized markets.

My Process: I developed a design system that honored Pokémon's iconic visual language while elevating it for a corporate context. Strategic use of halftone patterns, character silhouettes, and the Pokéball motif created visual interest without compromising professionalism. The clean, accessible layout prioritized user journeys for key audiences: candidates exploring careers, media seeking information, and fans learning about TPCi's social impact initiatives.

The Result: A cohesive digital experience that successfully bridges entertainment brand identity with corporate communications, supporting TPCi's talent acquisition, public relations, and stakeholder engagement goals across multiple markets.
