The Pokémon Company International — Premiere Events Social & Digital Assets
I designed a comprehensive system of social media and digital assets to promote Pokémon's flagship competitive events—World Championships, National Championships, and International Competitions—creating excitement across multiple platforms while maintaining brand consistency throughout the competitive gaming calendar.
The Challenge: Develop a flexible visual language that could scale across events of varying prestige levels, adapt to multiple social platforms and aspect ratios, and speak to the competitive Pokémon community while remaining accessible to casual fans. Each event needed to feel distinctive yet unmistakably part of the Pokémon competitive ecosystem.
Design Approach: I created dynamic, high-energy compositions that balanced competitive intensity with Pokémon's playful brand personality. Strategic use of bold typography, dramatic player photography, and signature Pokémon character integration ensured each graphic commanded attention in crowded social feeds. The asset library spanned announcement graphics, Twitch drop promotions, player spotlights, power rankings, autograph sessions, and co-streaming cards—each optimized for platform-specific requirements while maintaining visual cohesion across the event series.
The Result: A unified design system that successfully elevated Pokémon's competitive events presence across digital channels, driving engagement and reinforcing the growing prestige of Premiere Events within the global Pokémon community.
